Last time I bought a rifle there, several years ago, they had to escort you all the way to your car.....which was kinda funny since I had a loaded Glock under my shirt.....ahahahahaaa

All of the Wally Marts in my state stopped selling all firearms several years ago. They still sell tons of ammo though.

See, thats just it. I dont know if they're going to keep separate records than the 4473.

I know by law they have to keep the 4473 forever. But, they make it sound like they're going to be keeping separate records and checking your police record just to make sure you're on the up and up.

Frankly, its not their job to be snooping on my record after the fact.

I bought a cheapie mossberg .22 plinkster at Wal-Mart about 2 and a half years ago. They carried the rifle out for me while I had a lil Kel-tec P32 in my pocket. I shook my head and grinned the whole way out. I've never purchased another gun there since.

Just so you know, even if you go to a paintball range the company is obligated to submit your personal info to a governmental database. (At least in Canada, and the States are way more focused on their fake "Security" issues than we are)
If you refuse to fill in the info, you are not allowed to go onto the range/combat feild.

It's based on the premise that you may be using paintball as a tactical training exercise.

I've purchased ammo once out of necessity from WM before and only needed to demonstrate ID for age verification. I'm a young'n :wink:

Paid w/ paper frn. Employee didn't record anything, he just peeked at my DOB.

I am not on the John Wanye crap going out in a "blaze of glory"....... I just get tired REALLY, REALLY TIRED... every dam day it is something or someone else whizzing on my dam shoes.

Beileve it not .....I just bought my first set of hollowpoints for my golck 17 i wanted to get 50 round box and the clerk tells me I cant .... I ask why because she say you can only get this box if you are law inforcement so I had to get 2 smaller boxes (no diffrenece in price mind you) to get my fifty. when asked .......it is because of "regulations"

This is just stupidness to highest degree

when I see the type of crap they put you through......It makes me want to go buy everydam thing that is not bolted down in a AMMO store.. cause I know.... they (TPTB) are not doing this just to entertain themselves THERE IS REASON why they are doing this.. one day the goons are say:

OKAY WE GOT ENOUGH GUNS OUT OF THERE HANDS.....LETS NOW MOVE ON THEM....
